Steps
1. At the top right corner of your screen click on "My Sites"
2. Look for "customize" and click there.
3. Look for edit button at the top navigation bar and click there.
4. At the slide bar Click on "Add Item".
5. Click on the "custom links".
6. Provide your URL and link text and click "Add to Menu"
7. Click Published
And you are done
